all items are shipped from london, united kingdom and processed within 1-3 days from time of purchase. your tracking number will be emailed to you once it has been sent.

once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. if your package is marked missing or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. we are happy to assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
